"There is a lot going around, meditations, courses, therapies ... a lot. Not all of it is good or quality. Yet a few days ago I finished the second level of Transformative Mindfulness and would like to recommend it. Why? Because it is simple, easy to understand and to apply, because it goes to the deepest root of the problem but in a non-traumatic way, and especially because it is a tool that does not distract you or distance you from life’s troubles and experiences, but helps you face, accept and take responsibility for them. We are not angels.. So we had better be firmly rooted in this world. Transformative Mindfulness makes me be present in everyday things. I like that. It is a tool for LIVING better. “                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                Telecourse participant, Franc

Transformative Mindfulness telecourses to deepen compassion and healing

The Transformative Mindfulness Methods programme offers self-healing methods that start with generating awareness and acceptance of challenges and physical challenges, getting to the underlying psychological causes that contribute to them directly and then transforming them simply and compassionately. They offer the potential for deep understanding of the interdependence of the psychological causes and conditions that create health and happiness as well as contribute to suffering and pain. Accessing these, in turn, make profound changes possible.

Dekyi-Lee Oldershaw has developed and trained others in these methods for over 20 years and they have been applied by parents, youth, adults and professionals.  Thanks to new technology the complete training path is now available by distance learning. Practitioners have trained in Australia, USA, Canada, Italy, UK with new practioners certified in late 2013 in South Africa, Taiwan, Argentina, France, Spain and Slovenia.

"Transformative Mindfulness adds new dimensions to existing mindfulness-based treatment programs in relation to understanding and working with painful experiences in both body and mind."  Tine Norup Lauridsen, Psychologist, Copenhagen, Denmark

"Experiencing the personal shifting has been quite amazing, and its everyday-life use is better than cash. The techniques were so easy that they seemed like magic. For any moment, reason, challenge, view or problem that brings negativity, you can apply them with instant results.  At the same time it was like watching the wisdom teachings of Buddhism take life, making internal sense, a sensation of understanding having gone much deeper.” Ale Almada, Argentina

"I realized that complete healing is possible. Each second of this introduction course has been very deeply touching, transformative, self-compassionate."  Mirjana Ogrin, Slovenia
